Marbella Dream Builders was born out of necessity and a refusal to settle for less than excellent. Before we existed as a construction company, we referred real estate clients to other renovation firms. We ran into the same complaints again and again: endless waits for proposals, schedules that slipped, prices that didn't add up, and results that left owners disappointed. When we started buying our own properties, we decided to build our own team of builders and tradespeople. Projects ran smoothly, results improved, and a long-time client, an investor, was impressed enough to ask us to renovate his property too. Word spread, demand grew, and Marbella Dream Builders officially launched.

Questions before you start
Can you manage the whole project while I live abroad?
Yes — most of our clients are based outside Spain. We act as your single point of contact and send regular photo and video updates, so you stay in control without needing to be on site.
Do you handle the licences and paperwork?
We do. From building permits to the technical documentation required in Spain, our team manages the bureaucracy on your behalf and keeps you informed at each approval.
How are payments structured?
Payments are staged against clear construction milestones agreed before work begins. You only pay for each phase as it's completed, with full transparency throughout.
How long does a project take?
A full renovation typically runs 4 to 12 weeks; a new-build villa usually takes 10 to 18 months. We give you a realistic schedule after the initial consultation and design stage.
Do you work with international clients who don't speak Spanish?
Absolutely. We work fluently in English and Spanish, and we're used to guiding overseas owners through every step of building or renovating on the Costa del Sol.
What happens after handover?
We don't disappear once you have the keys. We remain available for any follow-up, and stand behind the quality of our work and finishes.
