The project
This Marbella Dream Builders project transformed a 70 m² apartment in Puerto Banús from a one-bedroom unit into a stylish and functional two-bedroom, one-bathroom, one-WC open-plan apartment perfectly suited for the short-term rental market.
Working closely with the client, our architect reimagined the layout to maximize space and functionality. We removed all internal walls to create an open-plan kitchen and living area, allowing for a bright, social atmosphere.
The bedrooms were designed with careful attention to comfort and practicality, ensuring the space feels welcoming and efficient.
