The project
Located in the heart of Puerto Banús marina, this Marbella Dream Builders project transformed a closed-in 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment into an open, airy 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat designed for short-term rentals.
We removed and replaced everything, reimagining the space to maximize light and functionality. The kitchen, once boxed off in a room by the entrance, was converted into a third bedroom. We reversed the plumbing to create an open-plan kitchen in the living and dining area, allowing natural light to flow freely.
Completed in just 6 weeks, the 135 m² apartment now boasts an inviting layout with medium-quality materials tailored to the needs of vacation guests.
