The project
This Marbella Dream Builders project transformed a single 3-bedroom apartment into two high-functioning units for short-term rental, maximizing space and guest accommodation within 145 m².
The main unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a spacious, social layout. The second unit is a compact 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a smart, hide-able kitchen to optimize space and functionality.
We demolished every wall, starting from a blank canvas to reimagine flow and functionality. Working closely with the client, our architect designed each unit to host the maximum number of guests, boosting rental appeal and ROI.
