Located next to the iconic Don Carlos Hotel, this Marbella Dream Builders project transformed a 1-bedroom apartment with poor distribution into an open, luxurious studio that captures breathtaking views from every corner—even the bathroom.
In just 4 weeks, we completely renovated the space, removing everything old to start fresh. Our architects crafted a beautiful design that our team brought to life with top-quality materials and luxury finishes, making the client fall in love with the final result.
The 70m² studio, including a seamlessly leveled terrace, offers a blend of style, aesthetics, and practicality, perfect for enjoying the Costa del Sol lifestyle.
