This Marbella Dream Builders project transformed an 82m² apartment in Marbella Centro from a cramped two-bedroom layout into a bright, spacious one-bedroom home, designed for modern living.
Our architect reimagined the layout, removing interior walls to create an open-plan kitchen and living area. This redesign allows natural light to flow freely, offering stunning views from every part of the apartment. The result is a home that feels far more expansive and inviting than its original layout.
This total reform included everything from new walls, plumbing, and electricity to fresh flooring and finishes. Located above Marbella Deportivo, the project was completed in just 4 weeks, delivering a stylish and functional space, on schedule.
