A Marbella Dream Builders renovation project for short term rental , located in the world renowned 'Puerto Banus' marina in Marbella.
This Marbella Dream Builders project transformed a 70m² apartment in Puerto Banús from a 1-bedroom unit into a stylish and functional 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC open plan apartment perfectly suited for the short-term rental market.
Working closely with the client, our architect reimagined the layout to maximize space and functionality. We removed all internal walls to create an open-plan kitchen and living area, allowing for a bright, social atmosphere.
The bedrooms were designed with careful attention to comfort and practicality, ensuring the space feels welcoming and efficient.
This complete reform is part of a series of seven apartments we’ve renovated for the same client in Puerto Banús, each crafted to thrive in the competitive short-term rental market.
